Once an order is transferred to USPS, UPS, or another carrier:

We are not responsible for carrier delays.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered.”
Claims must be filed with the carrier when applicable.

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

6. RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY
