Shipping Policy

At JML, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Tuesday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or pre-order events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on size and destination.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

We currently ship within the United States.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our storefront in historic Donaldsonville, Louisiana.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once the pre-order item arrives unless otherwise noted. If you would like items shipped separately, please contact us (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
